“I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS UPS STORE and the Great People there !! I’m there regularly for all kinds of reasons but usually doing Amazon Returns, Shipping or Printing. I can honestly say that regardless of the time of year (Busy Holidays Included!!) there is always an Extremely FRIENDLY, Calm and WELCOMING Atmosphere there.
It doesn’t matter what time of day you go or what you might need to get done, the Management and Staff will be able to handle it while being consistently very Helpful, Kind, Professional, Welcoming and Knowledgeable !! The Manager there is a Great Guy !!
I’m Extremely Happy that this UPS Store is MY UPS Store !!

“I hired Craters and Freighters to deliver a precious antique hand carved carousel horse of great value. It arrived perfectly crated, in flawless condition, and the driver was courteous and super helpful. As a very nervous client, they really knocked it out of the park with flawless communication and frequent updates. Would hire again and will recommend to everyone!”
“I had an excellent experience today thanks to Lynn and Andrew in the Marlborough store! They were incredibly helpful when I was picking up my online order. They helped me with adjusting the the sizes so that I could make it work on my project. I wasn't able to do that when I placed the order online. They were able to help everybody and they were so kind and efficient. I actually called the store while I was placing the order and they were super helpful, no weight to get them on the phone and there was a lot of people at the store at that time. I will add that the quality of the printing is excellent. Special shout out and thank you to Andrew and Lynn.”

“So grateful for the Norfolk post office and staff! Jean is great and runs a tight, tidy ship. I mail packages frequently and am always well taken care of. In response to a previous review: the office closes for lunch because there's typically only one person on staff making that lunch break a necessity.”

“Monro Brake and Tire in Stoughton MA gets a lot of deliveries by truck. I have yet to meet a more professional, outgoing and engaging driver as David Medina out of Southborough Ma Depot. It is no surprise that one of my customers who gets shipments from David knew him by name when he saw him at my store. Initially I was perplexed on how David was going to get my delivery off his truck but quickly realized through his cool calm and collect demeanor that all I needed to do is watch him work his magic. I look forward to the next time I have the pleasure of getting another delivery from David and UPS.”
“This is my favorite post office! I send out a lot of mail - I average $800 a month…. I try to buy all my stamps from here but sometimes I have to go to others along my travels for work.
I stopped in today with about 400 mailers… $2 each…. When I got there i had Linda weigh the envelope to make sure I had enough postage to send it out. I was .11 cents short :/. I asked for the more expensive stamp so it would require less time to affix 1 vs 2….
I’ll tell you - never saw this before but Linda, Marcia, and Pat asked if I wanted help. I’m not one to bother anyone and I mean that…. I passed on the gesture and they insisted.
They helped stamp 400 envelopes with me! I don’t have to say how much time they saved me but one can only imagine. This was a visit I’ll never forget and a gesture that will not go ignored. I’ll be bringing in pizzas next week as a thank you!

“No problems with my experience at the shipping center but I had requested that my package be delivered to a local Walgreens where I could pick it up (no one home during the day to sign) and this was never done. Had to drive to the shipping center to pick it up.”

“I have lived in Milford for many years and I have always been treated exceptionally well at this location. We did my families passports at this location with Tyler and he was great with the pictures and instructions. They were very nice when doing the pictures for my newborn's passport. There's also a really nice young lady that has helped me multiple times as well and she is always very clear on what you need and the best way to get it done unfortunately I can't remember her name at this time. I would also like to point out Sheri who helped me this past month when I needed some assistance with getting things done properly after having to deal with paperwork related to my mother's passing.

“This post office is located directly next to Village Pizza, so it’s hard to find if you’re looking for a typical post office in a free standing building. However, our experience applying for passports at this located was seamless. I believe D’Ann was the person who helped us, and although it was busy she was quick and efficient with our paperwork. It’s a stressful process and she made me feel reassured throughout making sure we had everything.”
