“I know you can't plan a breakdown but if you do break down in the early morning shift at this location. The management was so helpful and the mechanic Justin came out and spoke with me about my truck needing to be fixed. He let me know the possibilities and really relieved me of any concern. From the gentleman/ woman at service desk All the way to the mechanic Justin, The service was amazing today. That being said sometimes this place gets busy as the day goes on and like any ryder they may be short staffed.
That being said I was turned away after driving an hour in Boston last week by the guy there. If I had to compare the two experiences I would think they were two different corporations. This is certainly not the case ?.
The Ryder in Milford Massachusetts has exceptional and caring employees. Just wanted to give a big thank you. Sometimes being a truck driver you feel all alone in the world. So any little bit of consideration goes a long way.

The wrong parts we shipped for my trailer hitch install/trailer rental and it almost wiped out my carefully planned move to Virginia.

The 20’ truck I reserved turned out to be a brand new Ford E-Series with only 445 miles on it and it performed incredibly well. I had it packed full and it handled perfectly with no problems even at 65 MPH on the highway. The only downside was it got about 10 mpg. But, I’d recommend that truck regardless. U-Haul did an excellent job labeling how to use the gauges and the special button to turn on/off the transmission boost from empty to full load.”
“Chris L., the weekend manager was friendly, efficient and had our reservation. Even though we ended up having to rent from a competitor due to Kia not being able to be hitched to their tow. He called other Budget dealers to find the proper equipment, while assisting other customers, nothing was found. Great guy!”

“I recently had to rent a power washer, and I wanted to share that my experience dealing with Monnick/Marlborough Grand Rental was excellent. I have been taking my equipment to them to get serviced, as well as buy necessary hardware supplies. Often times we overlook the smaller stores and go to the big box stores (Lowes, Home Depot, etc). However, these guys are personable, friendly, willing to help, and they work with you to solve your problems. I will definitely go back here, and I do recommend them.”
