“I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience I had purchasing a mattress at Simon's Furniture in Franklin. After reading (negative) reviews of the competing big chain mattress stores, I wanted to find a more personalized purchasing experience and I certainly did at Simon's. The sales staff (Mike and June) took the time to guide me and even had a training executive (Lisa) from Stearns & Foster/Sealy answer several of my detailed questions. But the one thing that stood out to me about the competency of Simons' sales staff was their patience and expertise. When I was torn between two different models, a salesperson (Mike) suggested laying quietly on each mattress for 15-20 minutes. That was the difference-maker. It took some time but after doing so, it was obvious which mattress suited me best. Mike also explained the various options for the box springs and adjustable bases. the model I bought was in stock and was delivered for free within a few days by an amazing team. They carried the mattress and base upstairs and offered to assemble everything. Then they removed the old mattress ($50 fee). If you're looking for a new mattress, do yourself a favor and visit the bedroom showroom at Simon's Furniture (it's in one of the two lower-level showrooms). The showroom has as many, if not more mattresses on the floor as any of the big chain stores. They have options at every price point too. I highly recommend Simon's for their outstanding customer care and range of products.”
“They are always so helpful when I need assistance with my Kirby, yesterday I needed a filter for my rug shampooer, I was given one free of charge and it was sprayed off with an enzyme spray so it wouldn’t have a musty smell. “Mixed feelings.
The first technician that came out, misdiagnosed the problem with my washer.
I decided not to go ahead with the repair as it would have been $700-800 . On reflection I decided to go ahead as it was still cheaper that buying new. The second technician rediagnosed the problem and this time it was much cheaper.
The final technician installed the new part and I am delighted to say my washer is working fine now.
All in all I am pleased with the outcome.
However , I do find it annoying that you don’t get to speak to a real person when you call. It can be frustrating trying to explain to an automated system certain aspects to your individual problem.”

“I went to this location to buy a refrigerator during their Memorial day sale. I worked with Tom, a sales rep, and Eric, one of the managers. They were very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Tom and Eric were very personable and made my purchasing experience very enjoyable. I had issues with the delivery, had a hard time resolving my issues with customer service over the phone, and went in to speak with a manager. I met with Greg, the general manager, and he was also very helpful and empathetic to the issues I had with Best Buy's remote team. He worked hard to resolve my issue and turn my experience around. “My husband and I were at Providence Home Depot last night, looking for a specific bathroom vanity. RJ helped us. RJ was so helpful and friendly. Although the vanity didn’t seem to be anywhere, he didn’t give up. He found the vanity way up on a pallet, immediately he had someone come and get it down . We had some more shopping to do. He told us to come back when we were done and sure enough there was the vanity and him waiting for us already on the hand truck. We were so impressed with him. Wish all employees were like that. He is a one of a kind!”

I careless left my wallet with my id and health insurance card in it at Home Depot. I need my id and health insurance card to get my chemotherapy. The entire staff were extremely helpful and understanding in my situation. Just want to say thank you for their willingness to help me find it. They could have easily told me it wasn't there and walked away.”

“This Home Depot is right off the highway, very easy to get in/out. The parking lot is large.We went to check for some seeds since my husband has a vegetable garden and some of the plants and vegetable need to be planted indoors before moving them to the outdoor garden.Lots of nice choices of vegetables, herbs and plants.The garden center is a place where you can get grass, flowers, herbs, seeds, fertilizer, pots, etc. One thing that we like to get at the garden center are indoor plants which help to purify the air. Some indoor house plants are better for air purifying than other indoor plants, the staff here is very good about giving you recommendations. Snake plants have spiky, glossy leaves that extend into the air. They make great indoor plants since they soak up lots of sunshine and don't need a lot of watering. The store also carries fiddle leaf figs, which feature large, wavy leaves.We have also gotten succulent plants here, which are a great choice for people who don't want to spend a lot of time caring for their indoor plants. Nice friendly staff.”

He was a big assistance when I came in to run some diagnostics and pick up some more equipment.
