“I purchased a washer a few months ago and had a problem that seemed unique to our home and possibly the fact of not being able to rinse in warmer water. I had not needed a new washer in over 12 years, so having issues with the new machine and not being able to figure out what was going on was to say the least very frustrating! But I will say that I am so glad and blessed to have purchased this machine at Bellingham Electric as they worked with my husband and I for over 2 months to try and rectify the problem and eventually replaced it. :) I am pleased with all the staff but have to give a huge shout out to Alex Frank for his patience and understanding going back and forth with me and my emails. I enjoyed meeting Bob up close and getting to know him better and of course Ryan helped us out each time and was professional as is all the staff. “My mother's old dryer needed a switch. Everywhere I called wanted to refer me to a tech and have someone come out. I spoke to Mike over at lambco not only did he not try to upsell me or have a "tech come check it out" he was able to have that part in my hand same day 2 hours from when speaking to him on the phone. Showed up with the old part matched it up to confirm it was the right one with the right part number and I was on my way. Great customer service and it seems like an all around great place. When I walked in I was greeted immediately no standing around. Got an issue go speak to Mike over at lambco or any of the great staff they'll set you up right. Thanks again guys!”

Many are individuals retired from skilled positions and able to give one tips and knowledgeable insight.The products provided are of the best value and quality. “This Home Depot is right off the highway, very easy to get in/out. The parking lot is large.We went to check for some seeds since my husband has a vegetable garden and some of the plants and vegetable need to be planted indoors before moving them to the outdoor garden.Lots of nice choices of vegetables, herbs and plants.The garden center is a place where you can get grass, flowers, herbs, seeds, fertilizer, pots, etc. One thing that we like to get at the garden center are indoor plants which help to purify the air. Some indoor house plants are better for air purifying than other indoor plants, the staff here is very good about giving you recommendations. Snake plants have spiky, glossy leaves that extend into the air. They make great indoor plants since they soak up lots of sunshine and don't need a lot of watering. The store also carries fiddle leaf figs, which feature large, wavy leaves.We have also gotten succulent plants here, which are a great choice for people who don't want to spend a lot of time caring for their indoor plants. Nice friendly staff.”
“I had a great experience here. I dropped my vacuum off on Friday night to be cleaned/serviced and it was done by Wednesday. They were so helpful with tips on how to keep my vacuum functioning and answered all of my questions. Such nice people! I’ll definitely be coming back here.”

“Home Depot has gone above and beyond to help. I'm currently battling cancer and went to Home Depot to buy a plant to cheer me up. I careless left my wallet with my id and health insurance card in it at Home Depot. I need my id and health insurance card to get my chemotherapy. The entire staff were extremely helpful and understanding in my situation. Just want to say thank you for their willingness to help me find it. They could have easily told me it wasn't there and walked away.”
“(edited) problem got Fix fast. got no complaints now,....................i had lease a gaming pc that had spesific specs. i returned it half way and when i picked it back up to finish paying it. they gave me a older model with weaker specs.i dont care if its used but they didnt even bother to get me the same or similar one.even tho i told them. and they clearly dont know the value of the difference between them are. i will edit this review if it gets resolved but hard to belive they would”
“Here is the quick and informative. As with every other Home Depot, the layout and accessibility are standard but this location has such helpful staff. I was in need of screws for assembling a table but had no idea what I was looking for. Steve Quinn in the hardware section went above and beyond to help me figure the situation out. His interaction with me and his attention to detail as well as his problem solving capability was phenomenal. Thank you Steve.”

“One of the "must stop" stores when moving to a new home is the home depot. You just find here so many things you forgot to add to the list. I was able to find here so many things that really helped and made things easier. Here is a tip: Buckets. You may never really need them, but when you will, they will be worth all the time you spent with them just sitting waiting for the day they will be needed. Next stop: Costso. lol.”

“Highest recommendations enormous store. They have everything you need and they have friendly staff members who are there to help you answer all your questions and find anything. I had a key made as well. They were very polite and it was way less expensive than going to the dealership and they walked me through the process of programming it myself and it was super easy”
“I want to give a shout out to the employees here as well as the geek squad. Austin is very knowledgeable and professional, helped me a lot as a layperson trying to build a PC. When I came in to do some diagnostics and pick up some extra stuff, he was a huge help. Jared from the Geeksquad gave me a call to sort some stuff out with the new PC and was courteous and explained everything so well despite the fact that they are slammed with customers like me trying to build a computer on their own haha. The employees here deserve a big pat on the back.”

“My Previous experience at home depot was outstanding. I went to the store to purchase a few small items and saw a John Deere tractor. Jayne in the rental area began to describe it to me and I explained I also needed a bagger if I was to purchase it. The next thing I knew Jayne asked one of the guys to check on the bagger and in a few minutes it was in a cart next to Jayne. She was very professional when explaining to me how good this tractor is and she answered all of my questions. Thanks to Jayne and her team I could not be happier...Thanks”

“I wanted to take the time to write this review because I had such a great experience at the North Attleboro store. We had an isolated situation with a TV and went to BestBuy for advice. Upon arrival the greeter at the door heard my issue and called a manager over very quickly. The manger was a complete professional and applied some “out of the box” thinking to help me solve my problem. Once my situation was figured out they offered me a store credit as my goal was to get a larger TV. I was then introduced to Jeremiah in the TV section and he was knowledgeable and awesome to work with. He helped me find exactly what I needed, processed my sale quickly and brought the Tv out to my car. I was in and out of the store in under a half hour on SuperBowl Sunday. Was very happy with the customer service and happy to say that I will be more apt to make in store purchases vs online due to the staff here. Thank you”
