“Being a Pennsylvania girl visiting Foxboro brought me to this location for a malfunctioning left turn signal. The location was easy to get to. Parking lot was clean and well taken care of. The store is clean, organized and looks easy to maneuver if someone (unlike me) knows what they might need. I was greeted at the counter with smiles and hellos from both sales professionals. The assistant manager, Brett, however, is the one who chose to assist me. He not only found what part I needed with ease, but he also offered to install it for me as well. What a kind thing for him to do as I am almost certain the store doesn't normally do that. Brett took the time to help me, was pleasant and accommodating, knew what he was doing and also shared a little bit of his own personal story with me as well. I can't say enough about how comfortable he made a Pennsylvania girl who knows nothing about mechanics feel at ease. Thank you Brett! All the best to you!As an aside, I just called the store to find out what Brett's position is and spoke with Dejia! Another sweet experience with the staff at this location! She was kind and helpful and did not rush me off the phone. Kudos to those who are hiring these phenomenal employees.”

“I stopped at Action Auto Parts while I was in a pinch. I needed coolant STAT! After making my purchase, I asked for help with pouring...Stavros stepped up after [understandably] other workers werent comfortable "touching customer's cars" I'm so appreciative that he took the time to help me. Service in general was great. I was stressed as I have no knowledge automobile workings, aside from driving. The young man from whome I purchased Anti-freeze was pleasant and had what I needed in a jiffy. If you're in a jam in the area, these guys will take care of you!”
