“We called Jim’s after someone hit our car. It was around July 4th and all the auto body places couldn’t see us for at least two week which was not ideal because we only had a limited time with our rental. I believe it’s a husband and wife team owning and running all operations of the business and they could not have been more accommodating despite the holiday. They were able to get us in early, worked with our insurance company with no hiccups and even gave us back the car vacuumed and completely clean. It looked 10x better than when I brought it in and the inside wasn’t even damaged to begin with, but it showed the level of care they put into their customer service.
Of course I hope I don’t get hit again but I will only be going to Jim’s for all of our auto body needs. They were honest, efficient, fair and went above and beyond. 10/10 experience.”

“We have been to ACC twice now for two incidents where by car was hit. On both occasions, we were greeted by very kind staff and a very easy procedure from start to finish. Repairs required panel replacement and painting, as well as electrical work for headlights. We waited a week for each repair, which was very pleasantly quick. Pickup took 5 minutes and the car looked better than when we brought it in. Very good service and would recommend to anyone.”
