    “Huge shoutout to Stephen at the Attleboro Mattress Firm! I came in on an exhausting Saturday as a last-minute shopper after IKEA was out of stock of everything. Stephen patiently helped me find a great solution and made multiple calls right at closing time to arrange a next-day warehouse pickup. First thing Sunday morning, the warehouse unexpectedly reported the item out of stock—but Stephen went above and beyond to immediately find a replacement so I wouldn't leave empty-handed. Hats off to him for truly caring about his customers. I’ll definitely be returning for any future mattress purchases!”
