I was kind of surprised that there was customer service there to help you and guide you where you needed to go it's sometimes it's very hard to find customer service there

Have never had a problem here. Can find what I need or get assistance easily enough. On three different public transit lines. No bike rack. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
