“It’s started as a random google search in the early evening hours looking for the nearest UPS location that carry boxes big enough to fit in a printer of 18x24x19 ( WxDxH) weighted 60pounds. I found Pigeon Post in Attleboro. I called and spoke with a gentleman, I proceeded to described what I needed and he suggested that I come in person to the store right away; but it was early in the evening so I settled in to go first thing in the morning instead. Once I got there, the experience took a turn for the better. George was very attentive, customer service at its best and more importantly kindness and efficiency were in full display throughout. Knowledge is everywhere, the issue is some people know how to share it better than others. In business is not about making money its rather know how not to lose money. If you are in need of the type of service they're offering, I would advise that you stop by and wouldn't be disappointed.”

“This is hands down the finest, most professional, most efficient, and friendly UPS store I have ever been to. Even though it is not the closest UPS store near my office or home I come here bc no matter the time of day or the inevitable rush of customers that bring with it long lines you never wait long. They always have more than enough people at the counter moving things along, helping customers understand the often confusing messaging Amazon returns can generate, or a better and less expensive way to box and ship they are patient, willing to explain, assist, and show you what you can do better. I have had many experiences where Brian or Steve in particular have taken care of issues i never saw coming, with kind and generous effort despite how busy or exhausted i can see they are. As a management consultant is it obvious they work hard, care about their customers, and take pride in doing the best job possible. The culture of this particular UPS store is singular. 5 stars in every category.”

“My color printer died and I needed some color prints. I arranged it ALL on-line, and admit I was a little nervous something would go wrong. I was disappointed because everything I wanted was PERFECT!! The people here couldn't have been nicer. I'd give them more stars, but five is the limit. THANK YOU!”

“If you are not a huge business like Amazon, none of the delivery services including the post office offers reasonable rates but this review is of the store not the corporate company. I found everyone I have ever dealt with here to be friendly and helpful so the four stars is for their customer service not their prices which they don't set!”

“I had sent back a package back to an Amazon seller and never received my refund. They said they never received it. It was a return that I had to pay $36.25 shipping that I paid cash for. I threw away my receipt. I went to store 2017 in South Attleboro,ma and the manager Megan was kind enough to research and found my receipt so I could prove that they received my package. Megan was super kind and sweet and she even reimbursed me the shipping cost. I would never go anywhere but that store because she went above and beyond for me. Thanks again Megan”
