“I been shopping there for the past few years, with over 50 orders, online, shipping, store pick up, and in-store and every experience has been super positive. Everyone knows me as soon as I walk in or just speaking on the phone and immediately give me my items to pick up before even being asked. Amazing customer service which has me returning weekly. I never had any issues with returns as well, and if I can't find the items I am looking for then they go out of their way to help me. “The store manager at Rue21 Emerald Mall was AWESOMENESS at her finest this holiday season. I can't remember her name, but she went out of her way to ensure I had the best shopping experience in her store. She was a thin, but mature woman who knew her stuff :-). She even took the shirt I wanted (Betty Boop) off the manikin and sold it to me. At check out she reminded me of the current sale so I went to get another shirt, she then told me of some matching sweats. Of course I got them and told her to please let me go or else I'd buy the entire store. We laughed, she thanked me and I thanked her. It's Christmas today and my daughter LOVED the purchases I made there. Thank you for the excellent customer service!”
