“I went into the store on 4/23 in the morning and it seemed that only one employee was working. She was folding clothes, helping customers with dressing rooms, and ringing up items. She never showed any sign of stress and smiled through it and was calm and cool given the obvious circumstance of being left alone to do all the tasks. She is a great employee who should be recognized. I only wish I was able to get her name but I’m sure the store knows who it was working at that time. “Great store with awesome deals. We love going to this store. Everything there is high quality and reasonably priced. The customer service is top notch as well. We got home (live about an hour away) and found an extra item in our bag that had mistakenly been put in while bagging. I called them up to see how I could return it and they told me that it was their fault and to keep it. They said they wouldn't expect me to go out of my way to correct their error. I will definitely be going back! Also, they offer a 15% military discount I believe.”

I think the prices are a little high. A shirt shouldn't cost $70 bucks. And jeans $98? Outrageous. But still like the store.”

“Just want to give the salesman Johnny at the Wrentham outlets a 5 star review for going above and beyond for me and my lady. We went in to the store to purchase a Burberry winter vest that I had my eyes on. Johnny greeted us with an infectious smile and we could tell right away this salesman was the real deal! He was so helpful and his personality was definitely a breath of fresh air. So genuine! We definitely will be going back to that location just because he was so nice! We just felt so welcome in that store. Thank you again Johnny! I purchased my vest of course with his help!”
