“I would have given 5 but they annoyed me with a 10 day hold on a check I could have cashed elsewhere, then deposited as cash and avoided the hold. Why are you holding good checks? Is that common in banking? I’d give 3 stars over this inconvenience, but the managers were so polite and pleasant to deal with. Plan accordingly if you open a new account!”

The employees are always courteous and professional ( shout out to Matt Kilcoyne) in Worcester. Great options for veterans as well.”
