“Like an upscale dollar store, most items are $5-$7. Fun for kids, lots of stuff to look at-- toys, cosmetics, blankets, pajamas. Reusable bags for 35 cents. They offer gift cards”

It's always well-stocked with everything you need in a pinch, from fresh produce and everyday essentials to those late-evening cravings. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store, while cozy, is efficiently organized. A great little spot for quick trips and local charm.”
“Great prices but the store is untidy and the items on special sale sometimes have no price tags. About half the time I go, the price tags aren't recognized by the system either, so they have to do a price check. But, again, you really can't beat the prices.”

“Pretty much all Family Dollar stores are similar. I find them a bit more crowded than the Dollar Tree stores and merchandise seems to really crowd the shelves, to the point that sometimes it's not pleasing to the eyes...at the same time, many times I see empty shelves where products run out or they haven't re-stocked them. I went into this store in Worcester and I found a few things that I needed, luckily there was no line to check out, so I had no issues shopping and paying. With over 8,000 locations in all states except Alaska and Hawaii, it was the second largest retailer of its type in the United States until it was acquired by Dollar Tree in 2015 and its headquarters operations were moved from Matthews, a suburb of Charlotte, North Carolina, to Chesapeake, Virginia, located in South Hampton Roads. The main difference is that at Family Dollar you can get items at different price points, whereas at Dollar Tree everything is $1.25 or less.”
“I absolutely love this dollar tree. It is always clean and the merchandising is to perfection. Angela the manager is amazing. She leads with her staff and you can tell by the way they all communicate and just by the way the store looks I love this store and I will always be coming to this one only great job, Angela.”
“You never know what you find. Great store to browse. Just pay attention to sign wording. I thought something was 75% off for end of season clearance, but it was actually saying, 75% off other stores prices. Plus they have deals when you purchase something, and usually it's to donate the items to worthy charity causes, they will give you a gift card to spend in the store for the exact amount. Win win situation. Plenty of parking. A lot to see and they do have good prices”

“While this is a smaller Dollar Tree, they are probably the most organized store in the city. I can't imagine how hard it is to keep a DT store organized and clean, but this one always manages to do so AND keep everything stocked and looking full. There are some occasions where there lots of boxes in the aisles but that's unavoidable when they're trying to do restocks. I'm always happy to shop here and I felt the need to write a review to pat the manager and employees on the back for always keeping a tidy and stocked store. It does not go unnoticed or unappreciated!”

“Plenty of holiday decor and they even had better lights at a great price! Many items are well over $1 but I've been pleasantly surprised at the quality of their new items. Unfortunately their floral/holiday picks are now $1.75 and, imo, overpriced. It's still better if you're making your own wreath rather than spending $30 on one from other stores.”
