Wiley is awesome, I’ve learned so much in a short period of time. He took his time to make sure I understood everything he was teaching me. I was very happy with the outcome of Wiley’s teaching. 5 stars isn’t even close to his worth if I could I give him 50 stars. He very impressive in his storage knowledge.

Jen was an amazing person. She gave me the right locker that I needed the perfect size and she even helped me along with putting my things inside and she even helped me to wipe off and clean off some of the items that I needed done. I couldn’t believe that this woman would go that far to give me all the things I needed at the time of my distress. It was a great experience and I so enjoyed it. Thank you again. I love her Jen. She’s a wonderful person.

Minor nit-pick. The web-sign-in said there would be a lock in the unit (that they charged me for) that I could return for a refund if I already had one.
Since I had rented a storage unit years ago and still had that round padlock and multiple keys I figured I'd use it.
When I got to the unit the first ime, every unit around me had the round padlock, so I figured I was good, but the lock they gave me was a barrel lock, and my padlock wouldn't work. When I asked at the office, they said that whenever a door got broken, they were changing to the barrel locks. And since I got the last available unit, I couldn't change.
Again, it was a $21 nit-pick.

I would recommend extra space storage to anyone looking for a nice place to store their belongings They keep everything clean and Jennifer is very friendly and easy to work with and helped me pick out the proper space for my needs.

Very convenient, service is very good, cost is bit high, I leave of SS so this a big bite income. But still useing them till I can built my own storage area
