I purchased installation service from that person, they did the cabinets OK, but they have no clue with countertop, or anything else. I had to hire another company to install just the countertop, and finish the installation, a total nightmare.”

I had called and she had told me to come down right away so we can take care of the issue I was having. I went down and within 15 minutes, all was settled. ;)
Pro tip: unfortunately, dealing with the Home Depot credit line was literally nearly impossible to get through via the telephone, so if you don’t want to waste time and be bounced around on the phones with literally no success, literally just go to the store. And someone like Patty will get it solved in minutes.”
