“Rooms are a bit dated but overall it’s a decent place to stay. Easy access to highways and anything offered in the area. In my case, I enjoyed blood family in Worcester and church family in Holland.”

“Recently spent 5 days at Beechwood, and tacked on an extra night due to snow storm. It was an exceptionally positive experience. Front desk (Maya, Myles) were helpful and friendly, and the cleaning services were excellent. Special recognition goes to Tim in Sonoma Restaurant who went above and beyond to accommodate requests, as well as Alex. Great Experience!”
“Overall nice clean hotel and exceptional staff! However, parking was inconvenient as you have to go across the street and up to the 7th level. Breakfast was not worth the additional cost add-on for it. Would recommend, just get breakfast locally.”
“Stayed one night, very convenient to U Mass Medical Center. Room was clean, bed comfy...upholstered chairs were a bit frayed but no biggie. Made use of the large work desk and TV in the room. Took us a minute to figure out it also operates as a homeless shelter. Why were so many people wandering the hotel in their PJ's!! The clientele also made breakfast in the way too small 2nd floor breakfast room interesting! Staff is aggressive but in their defense some folks don't understand how to act in a buffet. Left to there own devices, they would take piles of food, grabbing without the use of utensils. I watched one young man take all the bread and all the jelly packets. I get that he likely needed it but if your going to mix homeless folks with folks paying for a hotel, with amenities tensions run high.”

“Practically a brand new hotel. They are still updating rooms but the one we are in is newly and up-to-date. Great location easy to get to In-N-Out. The host and hostess were very very friendly and polite the staff is excellent and willing to provide other services towels sheets coffee etcetera. Bonus is they are dog friendly.”

“I've stayed at Econolodge, Holiday Inn, etc in NYS and Connecticut. This Hampton Inn had wonderful beds where I'd fall asleep as soon as I laid down. Passed thru on vacation roadtrip and stayed Saturday-Tuesday. Great breakfast (my favorite western omelet among other items). Now SHERRY the most wonderful lady I've met working the hotel front desk was great helping me book my 3 night stay, asked me daily how was my room and day going. If I could take Sherry on roadtrips with me or back home to New York state, I would....because we need more wonderful people like her running hotels and definitely in New York state. Thank you for making my wonderful stay in Massachusetts a great vacation.”
