After trying several samples that kept turning too yellow I was getting discouraged. Alisha came out from behind the counter, offered to help, and within 5 minutes guided me to the perfect shade — a beautiful tan that was exactly what I had in mind! “Just moved to Worcester and found Nal’s. We go to the Chandler Street store. Had a mixup with an online order, staff was excellent and went above and beyond to make it right. Also, it seems like a lot of neighborhood people get their paint here. Customers were walking in and I felt like I was in an episode of Cheer’s.
