“Tony dropped everything to be able to help my 3 kitties. I found out the Natural Balance cat food was being discontinued in 50%+ Petsmarts and Petcos. I learned that Tony’s Pet Oasis was one of 2 places near me that would be selling this product. I messaged them on Facebook and explained my situation. I went in store a few days later and Tony sat with me and ordered all of the flavors my cats eat for me. He got them in so quickly and messaged me on Facebook when they were in store and ready. He now sells them on his shelves. He literally made my life so much easier and I don’t need to worry right now. Thank you Tony and team!”
“Fuzzy pants has been excellent for my dog! He was having problems in a different daycare and I needed to switch. He has been thriving since going to fuzzy pants! He hasn't had any problems with other dogs, he is always so excited when we pull up, absolutely exhausted at the end of the day! The staff are wonderful!! And it's very affordable. I highly recommend this doggie daycare!!”
“They do hand stripping for terriers!! I looked all over Massachusetts for a groomer that does hand stripping for my border terrier mix rescue. They did an amazing job and although it was more expensive than a regular groom, it was very reasonable for the hours of labor. We will definitely be back for our seasonal groom.”

“Walked in to get some cat food today and I was asked several times by different employees if I needed help, or needed to find anything in particular that they could help me with. And oddly enough, all the different employees within the areas of the store were either smiling or laughing as they interacted with customers. Store was very clean very organized”

We were allowed to see out kitten get his treatment through a little glass window & Gianna handled him so well & it was very nice to see her comforting my little fur baby when he was distressed from having shots. She did amazing! ? Rich & Monique were also very awesome! Rich was very informative about the treatments we were getting for our kitty! Looking forward to coming back here for 2nd round of treatments, they were great! ♡”
