Hours: Spirit Central is a wonderful and professionally run all-star cheer gym with a warm community. It offers multiple teams and programs for children of all ages, schedules, and levels, including tiny tiger rec cheer, ninja classes, parent and me classes, tumbling, and stretching and conditioning. Classes are designed to support execution and development. The atmosphere is very welcoming, with amazing coaches and staff who are great with the little ones and make them feel special and important. Children are treated fairly, and there is zero tolerance for bullying and negativity. Athletes feel appreciated, loved, and respected. The kids form a special bond, and all athletes support each other, with friendships forming at all ages. The gym is overwhelmingly positive and definitely the most organized. Expectations, important dates, and financial commitments are clearly laid out. The staff is very responsive to concerns and communicates any changes ahead of time. Teams are well-prepared and excel at fun competitions. Families have had a positive experience for many years, with athletes passionate about cheer and always excited to return.
