The customer service is amazing at this location, I had a lot of questions about purchasing and trading in my old phone and they answered all my concerns professionally and did an outstanding job. Shout out to Kevin who was helping me at this location!

It’s a typical Verizon store. For sales reps, they are decent in comparison to other places’ reps I’ve dealt with. They’re still trying to sell you tho, don’t let the smiles fool you! One of the better Verizon stores overall
