Andrew from the corporate office in Millbury was excellent to work with. He was very helpful in setting up my phone and my husband's phone. It took some time, but we are satisfied.

I went in today to upgrade my sisters phone due to hers being broke and left doing 3 phone upgrades. Andrew was the best help i have ever had with verizon, he was so quick to help and broke down all the details of the new phones and the payments! If I ever need to go back i hope i get Andrew again!
