Just an all time bad experience. The sales rep sent my replacement phone to a different address and I never received it before I needed it. When asked about it he said “wasn’t my fault” and wouldn’t even make a phone call to help me. Did nothing to try to help me. Thanks a lot.

Terrible customer service. Thief's, they lie straight to your face. I get a final bill that i don't even owe, and it says pay right now... are you kidding me the attorney general's office, needs to investigate fraud at it's best with VERIZON OVERALL.

Recently my wife and I visited the Auburn location for assistance with phones and were cared for by CJ and Jeff. Both were excellent to work with and helped the process go smoothly. They both went above and beyond, even helping sync our car and phones. Other staff were pleasant as well and the store was meticulously clean. You won't be disappointed in visiting this Cellular location.

The customer service is amazing at this location, I had a lot of questions about purchasing and trading in my old phone and they answered all my concerns professionally and did an outstanding job. Shout out to Kevin who was helping me at this location!

It’s a typical Verizon store. For sales reps, they are decent in comparison to other places’ reps I’ve dealt with. They’re still trying to sell you tho, don’t let the smiles fool you! One of the better Verizon stores overall

I have reviewed the Auburn store once before but have to again say what extraordinary above and beyond customer service this store provides. I began working with Jeff George last summer when I needed overseas phone coverage, then through replacing and setting up a new phone this fall, through operator error glitches Jeff and his colleagues in Auburn are unfailingly patient with. I am not sold devices or services I don't need for their commission purposes. And Jeff has advised and given tech support even when he has not been in the store, or directed me to a trusted colleague who could immediately help me. Jeff has ten years experience with Verizon--if he is not available, ask for someone he has trained. This crew knows what they are doing, and as a customer my usage needs and tech abilities (or lack thereof) are always respected. I continue to go past two other stores to go to Auburn. They are professional, extremely competent, and they know what real customer service means.Katie Keene

I hope John, the store manager called me. I’m waiting for you and you didn’t call. I hope you call to fix my problem I don’t recommend this store because none of them know how to do their job And the manager said he will call you and he didn’t call you. Thank you John store manager.

I went into the store yesterday and was greeted by David, who was super pleasant and professional. He helped me transfer my service, activate a new phone, save money by bundling services and was beyond helpful and made the whole experience a breeze. He didn’t make me feel pressured to buy more than what I came for. 10/10 experience. So happy I switched to Verizon. The other guys at the store were really friendly as well, they helped keep my 1 year old happy & entertained while I finished the transaction. Everyone there was great!

This is not a real Verizon store. It’s actually Cellular Sales (doing business as Verizon). Therefore, they charge extra fees on top of Verizon fees. Save yourself $50 and go to a real Verizon corporate store. No value added here.
