I recently had a fantastic experience at Extra Space Storage, thanks to Javon. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions and guided me through the rental process with patience and clarity. Javon made sure I understood all the details and even offered helpful tips about how to best store my items.
His friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole experience stress-free. The facility was clean, organized, and secure, which gave me confidence that my belongings are in good hands. Over the past few months, I’ve been living in Florida while maintaining a storage unit in Boston that I needed to clear out and close. Throughout this process, I’ve been in contact with Javon, and I honestly can’t express enough how helpful and professional he has been from day one. Javon consistently went the extra mile, offering timely phone call reminders and making what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and manageable. His communication was always clear, courteous, and proactive.
Today, I finally traveled to Boston and had the pleasure of meeting Javon in person. My morning had been hectic to say the least, but from the moment I arrived, Javon’s assistance brought a sense of calm. You know those rare people that God places in your path at exactly the right moment? That’s Javon
He stepped in without hesitation, genuinely happy to help, without ever making me feel like a burden. In fact, there were moments when I thought I might be bothering him, but he was not only accommodating, he was joyful and respectful beyond words. His level of service went far beyond customer service; it was a reflection of someone who truly loves what he does and takes pride in doing it well.
Javon’s professionalism, kindness, and humanity made my entire day easier and honestly, it could’ve gone very differently without him. I’m writing this review because he deserves recognition. People like Javon don’t just make businesses better, they make the world a better place.
To anyone reading this: if you have the chance to come to this location, I hope you get to meet this amazing young man. Javon is a reminder that good people are still out there and that excellence in service, rooted in kindness, still exists.

The staff was really great, and the experience was amazing overall. It’s a clean facility, though you don’t get reception in there so just a heads up.
Two things to note. First, I stored my things with them for 5 months, and my rate went up from $146 to $195. I was out of the state and couldn’t really do much about it. Second, be careful not to pay again when moving out. I accidentally did so (an error on my end, it was through the app). Javon helped me get it refunded, which was very nice of him.
The staff is very nice. I’ve interacted with them twice and they’ve been very friendly and helpful! Javon was a life saver at the end!
