“My older model 2001 BMW 525i was involved in a parking lot fender bender and I wanted to make sure that my 24 year old Bimmer would be taken good care. After much research I decided on Canton Auto Body, Inc. The staff here are superb! Lia handled all my paperwork and was so helpful and accommodating dealing with the insurance companies and appraiser. The head auto body specialist Gabriel inspected my vehicle and was very transparent and thorough with his estimate of my vehicle repairs. I also decided to have additional work done on my vehicle to address small rust marks and typical wear and tear on on my bumpers, mirrors, side skirts and color-matched side door molding trim. I am blown away at the level of detail and craftsmanship that goes into their work. The rust repair, the paint job, the clear coat and all the minute detail work is first-class. Booked an appt over the phone with Tony. An excellent communicator. He confirmed the year make and model of the car and we talked about considerations for the fluids over the cold months.
My car went right in as soon as I got there. I paid about 1/2 of what I would have at the dealership.
They do a free inspection and advise you of upcoming required service. I chose which ones were critical and timely to me.
They ordered the parts and when they come in, I’ll be back to do the work.
If you drop your car off, there is a link they send you to see the overall health of your vehicle.
They simply show you what your car needs, help you choose what’s most important for your budget, and move forward from there.
The waiting area and bathrooms are spacious and clean. The parking lot is beautifully paved and monitored by security cameras.
The staff is incredibly friendly. You’ll know you made the right decision when you get there.

Ryan and his team restored to a pristine condition, replacing a good number of parts. There is a lot of electronics in this car, and some was damaged. They restored it all.
