“My original rating was 3 stars. That was in haste due to poor handling of providing me with the documentation that I requested detailing the repairs and parts used on my vehicle. That feeling remains true today. However I feel it necessary to point out the outstanding work they performed. My Conscience wouldn’t stand for rating them with anything less than top 5 stars.”
“My car got hit in a parking lot (the person owned up to it thankfully!) and my insurance company recommended Spark Street. They did a great job but what I didn’t expect was they fully detailed the inside! And that was a little embarrassing because my 2 Golden Retriever’s had a vet appt a few days before it went in so there was drool and paw prints everywhere - ahhhh!! Sorry everyone but great job and I’m super appreciative!!!!”

“Had a flat tire with a stripped lug bolt that I just couldn’t get off—tried extractor kits, called mobile mechanics, even broke tools. Dealership and big shops quoted me around $1,000 to fix it. Took it to Elmond and he got it off same day with no hassle and at a super reasonable price. Definitely coming back for all future maintenance. Highly recommend!”
