“This auto shop is one of the best! I bought a used VW Tiguan and it’s been great. After about 10,000 miles or so (I do a lot of driving go figure) A few issues popped up turbocharger, suspension, of course oil change, breaks, the basics. And the owner of the shop works on the vehicles and shows me each of the items; what’s wrong with it, what it is supposed to look like, how it is supposed to work and why it is broken on the vehicle itself. This shows me he isn’t trying to scam you, he’s an honest man that knows what he’s doing, every repair has been done professionally and without any complaints. He’s willing to work with you, work on the worst issue of the vehicle first and slowly work on the lighter things as your finances allow. Charlie and Eli were fantastic to deal with - honest, transparent, kind, and no pressure at all.
