βLocal institution, overall clothing selection skews older but there's definitely something for everyone. Absolutely worth checking out if you need clothes reasonably priced.β
βIf you want nice terracotta and ceramic planters for wicked cheap- go here early in spring- end of March. Also got double shepherds hooks for $15. The medium ceramic planters I got were about $28 each but you can get x-large ones for $40–similar to the ones they sell at nurserys for hundreds of dollars. The key is getting there early in the season because they go fast.β

βSo we went there it was about 20 minutes before closing and there were a lot of people there of that obviously knew it was open they do have a lot of stuff we went in for a phone case for an apple 16 took a few minutes to find it but we did we also got a dog toy and they have a lot more other stuff than you would think of and just to let you know there are stuff that is over $5β
βI usually go there to buy k-cups when I run out and end up walking out of there spending triple what I had intended. This is a good thing. They carry lots of items I use, but didnβt know they had. The staff are all pleasant and seem to enjoy working there.β

The store was also severely understaffed, so they were dealing with a lot and handling it like champions. Please give them a raise!!β
βJust wanted someone to know the staff in Rockland tonight, December 29, 2025 was amazing. I had no idea you closed at seven and I had walked in at 6:55. They told me that they closed in five minutes, but they just were letting me know. I told them what I needed, they all were quick to help. And I managed to get out of the store in three minutesβ¦ They did not make me feel like I had to go fast. I was the one that felt bad. So I just wanted to say good job to the staff on Monday night.!!!β
βManager changed, a little more staff, and the store looks much better.
Now if only customers could stop abandoning and/or hiding the things they decide they don't actually want to buy. Just hand it off to a staff member who can put it away.β

Love all the Krazy deals with a "K". Pro-tip: don't forget to utilize the online catalog which has even sweeter deals. I love the wild surprises in the sauce or bev aisle. Try to come here at least once/week.β

βToday I had to go to Family Dollar to get stuff to clean my Shower and there was a young man with long blonde hair and another woman and her marriage and I was his elderly woman who want to pay like literally $.10 for her check and all I can say is kudos to that team the woman behind the desk I donβt know her name and Iβm so mad I donβt but she did amazing and I have to say is please keep the Rockland family dollar open And to keep the people employed today especially at 1:27 PM on Wednesday October 27, 2022 ?β

βAs someone mentioned this store is tucked into the corner of a little plaza that features a Roche Brothers that I regularly go to on Rt 138 in Easton. It's so unassuming that even myself who will check out any store anytime have never been compelled to enter. Generally I enjoy rummaging through the bargain bins, dollar stores and discount outlets etc so I'm kind of surprised I've never walked in. Today though I spent a ton on food and on the way out remembered that I had forgotten laundry detergent and not wanting to backtrack for 1 item it clicked in my brain that I could get a cheap stop-gap bottle at the Dollar Store. Upon entering the store it did appear a bit dim and dingy but not sure how to really jazz up a store that depends on nickels and dimes. I did walk every isle as you never know what cheap gems awaits and in fact did find a dish towel, a candle, bathroom spray and my cheap laundry detergent. I really would like to know if there is several dollars difference in the quality and performance of this generic brand vs say Tide. Canned green beans major brand at Roche Bros 1.99 here $1 and good till 12/21. Who knows. Very impressed with Jody at the register who was completely wiping it down, the belt, credit card processor everything. I ask her if it was due to the corona-virus scare that's in the air 24-7 and she said no I do it for every customer as long as there is no line. Hmm Maybe she knows something about the clientele that I don't but I did appreciate it. I would definitely go back when looking for "dollar type items" (although I am waiting to see if my cloths are going to disintegrate.) One thing if you have little kids say age 3 to 8 they have at least 3 long racks of toys and books so you may be able to get them off your back and buy some immediate gratification for a few measly bucks.β

βFirst visit for myself my Niece of course knows the place quite well they do have a cute selection of clothes a lot of ethnic themed items which i thought was cool . My Neice is of color as well ..and the young lady at the register today was so sweet! Very friendly helpful . So i gave this store 5 stars well deserved!β
βThis past weekend I had the best experience of my life at a Five Below. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. They assisted me with looking for the items I needed for my daughters birthday party, checked the back room for anything that may have been out of stock, with some items being found! Whatever was not found the associate was able to find another location nearby that had it in stock, or where in the area may have it. The same associate greeted me at checkout and happily inflated just under a dozen balloons for us. She even asked us how we wanted to personalize our display and layered the balloons so we would have less work at our party. I've been to this location previously but mostly kept to myself, and have never experienced the horror stories that other reviews are leaving. It makes me think they must be guilty of some of the things they're being accused of and mad they got caught. This is my favorite location and none of your bad reviews will ever make me think otherwise. Thank youβ

βI have to say. The service was Really exceptional. The cashier's, the individuals that stock were very helpful. I was looking for quality stocking stuffers. I got these hand sanitizers, in the wonderful fresh scents, Peach, cucumber, Confetti cake with these awesome holders. Candles, cups, cookie decorationing kit...very good for the budget friendly ???ββ

βStore was clean and well stocked. Prices are fair and they have lots of summer items currently available. My favorite about OCJL is their variety of snacks and foods from other countries. I love that I can experience other countries without breaking the bank.β
