“I went into Richmond Hardware today to find some mechanical bolts and nuts to replace the broken ones on my collapsible camping chair. I was met by the manager/owner(?) who paged an employee to assist me in selecting the proper length and width of the bolts and nuts. Matt examined the broken piece and selected a proper replacement bolt for each of the broken pieces. I thought that I would be spending my afternoon with pliers and a wrench. But to my surprise, Matt attached the bolts and tightened the nuts. I definitely recommend Richmond Hardware for their courteous employees and expert service. Thank you.”

“Danny is the kind of dude you meet who always has a pocket knife when you have to cut a shoelace and a cold beverage for an adult and a child. If you need toilet paper, wing nuts, or Red Bull and maybe some tampons please go to Danny’s hardware because Danny will hook you up and if he doesn’t have it, he will get it. “Perfect experience overall! There are 4 Stihl dealers within twenty miles of me none of which had the saw I needed in stock. They all said they could order what I needed but it would be more than a week before I could take delivery. I wanted to purchase from a small business if possible and In my search found Milton Village Hardware online , they had the saw I needed so after seeing they have been in business since 1918 decided to buy from them. Purchase made Tuesday afternoon and I was using the saw Friday afternoon on our farm in Tennessee! I would not hesitate to purchase from them again and plan to buy my next saw from Milton Village Hardware .”

“If you are purchasing something from this Particular Tractor Supply online call first because their inventory is Off!
The first time this happened I saw an item showing 4 in stock online, paid for item, go to pick it up, none in stock! After that I called on two separate occasions both times showing in stock online but not in stock in actuality.
I had to edit this review because once again, online showing CO2 cartridges and a BB pistol in stock but both items are actually not in stock. The lady on the phone actually said to me, sometimes it takes time for when items come in for the inventory to yada yada yada! everybody out there who are going to say it's COVID-19 blah blah, this has been going on long before COVID-19.”

“Service is always 5 stars here, the never look and run away like the big chain stores. Old school five star service. they look at you and ask if they can help you find anything. They always make great keys and best price around. Definately check here with auto keys 1st, $20 here. Selection isn't perfect,but if you have the chance to save $70 it's worth a check., $90 and $200 at the dealer these days. Especially if I need a few keys. The vale is greater or better than chain stores. “It was a pleasure shopping at Dewhurst Lumber Co Inc. Ace Hardware. Several staff members offered assistance as soon as I walked in. I was in the market for a 32 ft. Extension ladder they had it in stock. Their pricing was very fair considering it is a uncommon item and Home Depot and Lowes needed to have it shipped to their stores. After purchase, a couple of guys loaded it in to my truck and I took off. Very seamless shopping experience overall. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
