“Easily made an appointment through my insurance app for same day service. When I called to confirm they would be able to fix the problem (screen glass wasn’t broken but there were pink/green vertical lines going through), he asked a few questions and reassured me he’d be able to fix it. I came in at my appt time and my phone was fixed in 15min!”

I received at Braintree store with Malikah. I bought a new phone and after my number was transferred I was not able to make or receive calls on the new phone. I went to Brockton store and they were not able to fix it. Mind you I was going to be traveling the next day and I was in panic mode. Brockton advised me to go to the Braintree store where I was given support by Malikah. She should receive a raise! she was very professional but her kindness was what I want to thank her for. She fixed the esim on my new phone!!! She got skills and I just want her Manager to know that I was able to travel to Nigeria with my new phone! Thank you Malikah!! I wish I could give you 10 stars1”

“I highly recommend the T-Mobile store in Dedham, MA. I had a significantly damaged iPhone after an accident. I experienced exceptional customer service on multiple visits. I dealt with Nicole on 2 occasions (who was amazing!) and Jeremy on 1 visit- who was also wonderful.
I had to spend some time there while my data transferred and I got to observe the whole store. All of the employees were hard working, engaging and most importantly- very kind to all of the customers. Not all stores offer such a positive experience- I do hope T Mobile compensates their energy and efforts!”
