“We spent nearly 1 month with Verizon customer service on the phone trying to resolve a problem accessing our account. They were unable to resolve it and recommended visiting a Verizon corporate store for in-person help.
I scheduled an appointment and was prepared for battle. The first person was not having much luck, but I think she may have been new. Just as things were looking dire, Chris the manager stepped in and saved the day!! We were were extatic to have our problem solved. I would rate Chris with 5 stars.”

Temesghen greeted me immediately so kindly, which right away changed my mindset. Within just a few minutes, he was able to perform a soft-reset and my phone was operational again. “I don’t usually write reviews. I have an old iPhone SE that I’ve had the screen replaced on at least 6 times and I’m on my 3rd battery. My former repair shop closed. I went here and the guy looked through his inventory and realized he didn’t have a screen so he took me to a kiosk by the escalators across from macys that they also run. The woman there replaced my screen and even put the privacy screen on for me and charged 10 dollars less than the last guy I went to who didn’t bother to clean the camera for me which was covered in broken glass and shmutz. I work construction and break my phone often, I appreciate people that are skilled at their job. This spot offers great work and customer service for a reasonable price.”
