We brought my brother, a VET, in to get walking sneakers. They didn’t have the kind he wanted. Thru the kind efforts of the clerk a similar sneaker was found to try on for fit then the salesman ordered that size in the ones my brother wanted. They were delivered in three days. Remarkable service! Thank you Avon New Balance!

12/22/24 Upon a store visit last evening, I was insulted by the rude unprofessional sales and stock persons. Public, loud arguments between multiple staff members, sincere lack of management, organization and lack of any local store policies. Staff asking me directly if I concur with their internal disagreements, tossing boxes of shoes to each other while I was gift shopping. I walked out. That place is OUT of Control.

Had to come in with my girl friends elderly father who has memory loss issues and select new shoes. He is a veteran also and it happens to be veterans day. Upon arrival we were greeted bu the kindest associate named gio. He quickly measure the length and width of his foot for me and we were walking out in new sneakers a short time later. He is so happy with his new shoes! Thanks gio and new balance for making the exact ones he needed.
