“The exhaust pipe on my FJ Cruiser broke just over the rear axle. It had been failing for a long time. I had mentioned the a new sound during two visits to a Toyota dealership, they found nothing. When it came time to fix it, I followed the reviews to Northeast Muffler & Brake joining the ranks of their happy customers. Work was done exactly when the owner said it would; he found another problem, which he also fixed. He did the perfect solution for an excellent price.”

“I moved to the area recently and needed an inspection sticker for my Tesla. Based on the positive Google reviews, I thought I would give My Mechanic a try, and I'm so glad that I did! The staff were polite and efficient from start to finish. Best of all, the dogs are as friendly and adorable as other reviewers said! Just about the best car inspection experience I've ever had.”

“I highly recommend New England Rust Prevention for NH Oil Undercoating service. I had my 2025 Ram 1500 sprayed. Sean’s work and communication are excellent. Sean takes great measures to reduce overspray by covering the truck, tires, exhaust and other components to minimize overspray. He also removed the inner fender wells and spare tire to ensure coverage in concealed areas. He test drove the trucking after spraying to ensure proper operation. I had my Jeep sprayed at a different shop that was less expensive and they were good guys, but they didn’t spray inside the frame rails, missed a lot of underbody areas, and the brakes, exhaust, and body were covered with overspray. This time I got what I paid for. Sean’s price is reasonable and his work is excellent.”

“I'm from out of town, but I needed a mechanic in Ayer and these guys were great. Friendly, professional, helpful. If I lived in nearby this would be my mechanic.”

“I can't say more than enough to explain the profession of Auto repair and fair pricing unlike a lot of other places that really stick it to you. Matter of fact you are more than likely be staying with this mechanic because of the supreme work hand quality.”

“This year KTR took a vintage sports racer with diabolical/deadly handling (words from a pro driver), and turned it into a safe and fun to drive racer. Many thanks to Bob G and his crew for figuring out how to turn a beast into a beauty.”

“Small family owned business. They are super friendly and very helpful. Please shop here first. Shop local and support small businesses. I make a point to always shop local avoiding the bigger chains and online choices as much as possible. You'll be happy you did. Cheers”

“I had an outstanding experience at this Jiffy Lube and will definitely be returning. I came in stressed because I was overdue for my oil change — I’m usually the type who gets it done right at 5,000 miles — but Raul, Jerome, and Jess completely turned my day around. Their customer service was far beyond what I expected. Each one of them was warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Coming from a customer‑service‑focused background, I truly appreciate when people go above and beyond, and that’s exactly what they did. I left feeling taken care of, respected, and confident in the work they performed. Highly recommend this location and the amazing team working there.”

“Jeff & Tyler are both very kind & witty! They were very patient and accommodating with my friend’s cars. My friend came back from leave & needed some work done to his cars in a very short period of time and they accepted the work right away and got the work done. Strongly recommend!”

“I came in on a Saturday around 11:55 am just before they were about to close, I had a slow leak and needed a tire repair. I don't know the gentlemans name who came out to speak with me but he took my vehicle in and did the repair for me even though I know they were closing up for the day. The manager was very friendly and nobody seemed rushed or annoyed that I had showed up so close to closing time. Thank you so much for the great customer service!! You guys are awesome!!”

“I’ve been buying cars from Gervais for over ten years. From sales to service there the best I’ve dealt with. Mike and John treat you like family Can’t say enough good things about them.”

“The guys that work at this place are the best. I was driving down from NH to Western Mass and my muffler decided to become completely disconnected from the resonator right in the middle of the drive. Miles from home, the main mechanic here saw my situation and replaced both my resonator and my muffler in less than an hour and a half for a little over $800. (Tax included.) This guy is clearly honest, and if I didn’t live so far away from him, I’d probably go to him every time I needed work on my car.”
Fix Auto USA opened its 200th location in Palm Desert South, California, Body Shop Business reported. An impressive achievement for the company started just over a decade ago. "I'm honored to be the 200th Fix Auto USA location," said Arroyo. "I joined the network in 2014 and haven't looked back. This network has given me so much, and I can't wait to continue building my business and representing the brand."
