Auto Repair, Oil Change
Turbo Lube is a quick and honest business that gets the job done, providing oil changes and tire rotations. Customers describe the team as wonderful, patient, polite, respectful, nice, and absolutely nice people who are helpful and trustworthy. They are known for making an oil change a painless experience with every effort to get you in and out, without trying to upsell you. Many reviews highlight exceptional service beyond standard hours, with staff willing to take a look, give helpful advice, or complete work like changing a tire or replacing bulbs even when customers arrive minutes before close or after closing. This willingness to help strangers and go the extra mile, including going to the auto parts store for a bulb, builds strong loyalty. Customers state they trust the people working, support these good honest people, and will definitely be going back, with some noting it is the only place they take their car. A common suggestion is for longer hours, specifically open at night a few nights a week and longer hours on a Saturday to accommodate people who work 9-5.
