FYI/One time, I called the Littleton office asking why wasn't anyone answering calls in the Groton office? (Please note, at that time, I mentioned this fact to someone at the Groton office, when someone finally answered.) Maybe, this was due to the post-COVID chaos that companies were experiencing?Recently, on our last few visits there, it appears that they seem to be 'righting the ship!' “I started doing business with Middlesex when I began working in Westford . My two former banks had been swallowed up by large banks and of course service diminished. I have been with Middlesex for decades now and it is refreshing to get a human on the phone when I have an issue. They have always been pleasant and helpful so as long as I live in this area I will continue to have an account with them.”
