“I had an outstanding experience with this storage facility! Everything went extremely smoothly and professionally. A huge thank you to Louis, who helped me with the reservation and made the process simple and clear, as well as Corey at the front desk, who was extremely helpful and handled the check-in in no time. Highly recommended to everyone!”
“This place did not seem very busy. Dante was efficient and professional - he helped me hitch up the trailer and I was on my way less than 10 minutes after I arrived. That's how equipment rental should be.”
“Was such a pleasure hiring them to help us move our apartment into our new house! The woman I spoke to on the phone was delightful, helpful and seemed to take joy in helping us meet our needs. She even called back when an earlier appointment opened up because she thought of me!
Rusty and Austin were FANTASTIC, loaded and unloaded everything with professionalism and care. They were personable and a pleasure to work with, we definitely made a normally stressful situation a fun one! If ever we need to move again, I will ABSOLUTELY be reaching out to Real Deal again, and have sent their info to everyone I know.
I’m walking away from my first experience with hiring movers incredibly satisfied and insanely impressed. They were quick, efficient, and just so incredibly helpful. My boyfriend is struggling with a shoulder injury so movers were a necessity, and after today I know that even if we can do it alone id much rather give our money to such a fantastic service and team. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
Thank you doesn’t cover our gratitude. Such a life saver!!”
“Had a great experience renting one of the storage units at Tully in Leominster, MA. Pricing was excellent, service when needed was spot on and very attentive. New units that's are in perfect condition. I rented for the better part of two years, and have nothing but positive feedback to this company. Highly recommended. 10/10”

“Go to storage unit here multiple access points very secure, clean dollies you can use to load your stuff, at the loading dock where my storage unit is there's a hydraulic lift that makes it so you don't have to carry anything up and down the stairs. Fair prices”
“Excellent service at the Leominster location. The truck rental process was fast, the vehicle was spotless, and the staff was very friendly and professional. Highly recommended!”

“Office staff is always friendly and professional. They make you feel like family. Units are clean as well as the grounds inside and out. I like that there is a dumpster available for stuff we no longer need. Thank you”
