Absolutely worst return policy I’ve ever dealt with. A Christmas gift return with all the paperwork and email with scan was not enough. My granddaughter in another state had to have MY credit card to return her gifts. Ridiculous

The employees are great, especially Hannah who is always so helpful and friendly. I have worn their jeans for many years and if they don't have the style im looking for she does her best to find them for me. I really enjoy shopping there.
