Although the car was not the greatest, having cosmetic damage and needing mechanical attention, the employees were described as super kind and helpful. Customers enjoyed the great cars, wonderful prices, and awesome customer service, with one exception of an employee who tried to charge an additional fee despite the customer being within the grace period. Overall, customers had a positive experience with Avis Car Rental Hyannis, praising the smooth transactions and friendly staff.

Alrhough the car wasnt the greatest, (had cosmetic damage and needed mechanical attention), Jynn was the employee who was working (at the Hyannis location), when I picked up and dropped off and was super kind and helpful. I will definitely be renting from them again. The transaction was very easy and the price was great!

We waited an hour for our rental, even after making a reservation and prepaying. The reason was a lack of cars, and waiting for returned cars to be cleaned. Luckily we had flexibility with time, but this was not appreciated.
