“We've been renting vehicles in January every year for a few years now. Always request an oversized SUV. All but last year was positive. We were given a Ford Expedition which did not accommodate us, but we had no choice but to take it. Staff is not always there, but overall it's been a goid experience, staff is always nice. Will rent again this year hoping for that oversized vehicle we request, and pre pay!😎”

“Alrhough the car wasnt the greatest, (had cosmetic damage and needed mechanical attention), Jynn was the employee who was working (at the Hyannis location), when I picked up and dropped off and was super kind and helpful. I will definitely be renting from them again. The transaction was very easy and the price was great!”
