only problem was we paid online for room and incidentals but had to spend 35 minutes at check in and call the online engine I booked with before I could check in due to staff at hotel trying to charge 70.00 dollar even though confirmation email show was already paid.

I must say that breakfast was great Lydia is a hard worker and you are lucky to have her she’s kind,patient and a great cook 😊 We will come back because of her. We also loved that the pool was nice and warm. Good Job Best Western Cape Cod and THANK YOU LYDIA 😍
