“Typical Courtyard hotel - the rooms are decently clean (some are in better condition than others), spacious, and the A/C always works. Also love that the windows open for fresh air. Check-In is quick and plenty of parking. Don't bother with the restaurant - there are plenty of excellent food options around. Location can't be beat!”

“This is a good hotel - clean, good staff, great location for the Cape. The only issue was the toilets are really low and small. If you are tall or have a weight issue this will probably be a problem. I am 65 and thankfully in decent shape, and I had trouble with it.”

“Contrary to many harsh reviews, this place is not so bad. I had some concerns before my arrival for a conference. The staff has been more than welcoming. The rooms are not 5 star accommodations but clean and maintained. The shower water pressure is great, better than at home. The conference center accommodations are well equipped and comfortable. The food is reasonably priced and not bad at all. Nice large outdoor pool and pool furniture. The staff and management are really trying to make a positive experience.”

“We arrived the night before the Blizzard of 2026 and were there for two nights. The room we were initially assigned was on the second floor but the elevator was out of service, and we were too tired and too old to drag our stuff up stairs. So Sean at the front desk was very helpful, and re-assigned us to a first floor room next to an exit near our car. The room was clean and things were great until the next morning when power went out due to the Blizzard. (The entire hotel and nearly all of Cape Cod had no power that day and for several more days.).
While the storm raged, we sat in our hotel room, with no heat and no lights and no anything. The hotel staff opened the breakfast room but all they could serve was coffee and cereal and some apples. The staff was cheerful but there wasn't much they could do.
The day after the storm the staff (Edwin and Rob) volunteered to dig our car out and they dug and dug without complaint and were still cheerful and helpful. They didn't have to do that. They were awesome!!
This Comfort Inn is neat and clean and a good place to stay. We're grateful we were able to stay with Sean, Edwin and Rob. They made a difficult time into something positive to remember gratefully !!”

Martin is an amazing host and will always make sure you have everything you need. Ashley and Dina are the sweetest. This place is a hidden gem that is truly special. Also about a 10-15 min walk from the beach! Beach towels are provided during your stay.”
