“Literally next door to a mall. We have a planet Fitness membership so we worked out there everyday. Plus there is a Starbucks & Chipotle in the mall. &. A panera not too far away.The staff were great, the hotel has a laundry room, which we used. It’s quarters only, which was tedious, but we got quarters from tue front desk. $3.50 for wash & $3.50 for dry.The room was clean & adequate. Nothing fancy. The bathroom was a bit small. There was a mini fridge & microwave, which was nice. Overall a good experience.”

“We had an issue in which the pool heat pump was broken and the pool was freezing. They very generously refunded us for the stay which was incredibly generous and kind. We deeply appreciate how wonderful the staff was and how they immediately took care of the issue.”

“This is not a fancy place and the decor feels a little bit 1980's but is probably really 2010. However, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was very pleasant and check in and out were easy. There are several restaurants in walking distance. It was reasonably priced compared to other places in Hyannis. It is a motor lodge, so the doors all open to the outside rather than a hallway. There was a bit of noise from the parking lot, but it was quiet all night and didn't disturb our sleep.”

“Location is Great as long as you are not near the road. They kindly moved our room to a different location on request. This was our 2nd stay at Hilton Double Tree in Hyannis. I really love the Great Gym and the indoor salt pool. I hope they keep it ALL. Very nice comfy beds! Wife and I enjoyed our two days there celebrating our wedding anniversary. We love spending time out on Cape Cod, thank you Double Tree staff for All Your Support!Rooms: Rooms very clean and comfy. King size bed incredible room in that bed for Patty and I. We are not very large people.Front rooms could be improved by installing the same windows they have at Double Tree in Newark. You can hear nothing at the one in Newark, not even a plane flying over also near an airport. You could really make a huge improvement doing that. You are in a transition phase with remodeling, you could do this while you go along too!Nearby activities: Can walk to shops downtown to Hyannis. Beach too.Walkability: I did. Great breakfast at the little shack just out in front.”

“We rented the apartment. It was perfect for a family. It had a fridge and stove to do some cooking. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and less then 15 mins to Main Street with tons of restaurants and shops. Ginny and Craig were great, they provided recommendations and always a pleasure to speak with. We enjoyed our stay.”

“We chose Comfort Inns because it located in Hyannis, so central to where we wanted to be located; after a hiatus from the Cape for over 20 years. The rates were reasonable. With taxes just under $600 for 4 nights. The desk staff were friendly, professional & helpful. The lobby was clean. Pool available if you were inclined to swim. The breakfast, available from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. was hot & plentiful; usually scrambled eggs & sausage or bacon; along with a variety of bagels, make your own waffles, fresh fruit, muffins & cold cereals. Someone was always in attendance, making certain items were stocked, tables cleaned & food area taken care of & wiped down. I gave a tip my last day, as it was well deserved by the staff member. As for the rooms, they appeared to be recently ( last few years) renovated. We had 2 queens in ours. Adequate room to move around & set up suitcases. The rooms were very clean, as were the bathrooms. The sink area was just outside the bath/ toilet area, with shelving below adequate to store toiletries etc. A hair dryer, iron/ ironing board were provided, as well as small coffee maker, microwave & mini fridge, as one might inspect. All items were very clean, in good operating order. As for parking, there was always adequate ( free) parking. Centrally located. Did I mention, there was a pizza place located down the street a few blocks away ( same side), which made great pizza by the slice, if desired, great, large salads & Cannoli made on the premises. They offered other fare as well. Wonderful!!”

“For me the location was convenient as I arrived from Boston by Bus and this inn is in the walking distance of bus station. My room was upstairs, Room 71. There was a fridge and microwave in the room, it was spacious and clean. Bathroom is good too. Front desk gentleman was very nice. I stayed from October 4 - 6 2023 there. Must mention that there was no elevator, it's just 2 story building with outside hallway and rooms adjacent to each other. Ferry is nearby and many stores are there if you walk towards downtown.”

“I am using usually this place traveling to and from Nantucket so it is very convenient since Hyline Dock is across the road. Generally clean friendly and a good hotel to stay.”

“Contrary to many harsh reviews, this place is not so bad. I had some concerns before my arrival for a conference. The staff has been more than welcoming. The rooms are not 5 star accommodations but clean and maintained. The shower water pressure is great, better than at home. The conference center accommodations are well equipped and comfortable. The food is reasonably priced and not bad at all. Nice large outdoor pool and pool furniture. The staff and management are really trying to make a positive experience.”
