Room smelled like a porta potty. There were little flies in the room, probably because the outside light was right next to the door so all of the flies were on the door. Opening it brought some in. The room looked clean otherwise. Unfortunately there were no other rooms, this is a terrible experience.

Star rating would actually be “0” if that was possible. The worse hotel experience I have had in 30 years! Hotel is poorly manned, poorly maintained, and poorly run! Staff seem to be bumbling, not sure what to do when confronted with normal issues! Checked in and of the two electronic keys, only one worked and after a hour of trying to figure out what to do, the receptionist said the only fix was to move to another room! Ordered the daily room service only to find out the woman who checked us in did not add us to the daily room cleaning after telling us she did! Avoid the hotel at all costs! It definitely looks from the curb, but the minute you enter you are confronted with a very strange smell.

There is no hot tub. It broke and took it out of service for good. Besides that, it’s a nice hotel and they still have a sauna right next to the 4 foot pool and breakfast.

Came here for the hot tub and it doesn’t exist. Breakfast was ok if you like margarine on your toast and fake eggs.

Stayed two days and the rooms are fine. The only issue I had was the laundry. There's one washer and dryer and they don't work very well. It took me hours just to wash and dry one load which is disappointing. I work long physical days and by the time my laundry was done enough, meaning I gave up and hung everything up to dry in my room, I was too exhausted to shower and I woke up late for work. Kinda really important when people have been traveling for work for over a month. But hey, my room smells amazing now.

Absolutely best bang for your buck. Rooms are clean and tidy, pool is clean and big enough for a lot of people, breakfast was amazing and fresh. All staff were so kind and friendly. This place rocks I highly recommend!

We checked in on 7/23/2024 and checked out the next morning, at first everything was fine until i saw may bank account statement. First you think, ok someone made a mistake no big deal, so you call them to figure it out. The main desk told me that i was charged an incidental fee however there was no notes as far as why, and transferred me to the general manager. I believe his name is Patel, not sure of the spelling. However he did not pick up and i left a message. It is now August 2nd and still no call back. I have been calling everyday and keep getting the run around, it got to the point where the front desk doesn't even pick up the phone when they see my number. I had to call from a different number to get them to answer but STILL NO GENERAL MANAGER!! they over charged me by 230$ this is insane. At the very least i need to know why i was charged this money. THIS PLACE IS VERY UNPROFFESIONAL, THE GIRL AT THE FRONT DESK WAS ON A PERSONAL PHONE CALL DURING BOTH CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT!.... CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS OR JUST AVOID THIS PLACE ALL TOGETHER. i feel like i was stolen from and they dont even have the decency to get back to a customer... I WISH I COULD GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR.. this ruined my whole experience there. i just want a call back and honestly my money back because WE DID NOTHING TO BE CHARGED AN INCIDENTAL FEE

This has been the worst experience. This hotel has a horrible, seedy appearance. It is under construction. They stole $277 from my card. I do not recommend it. The manager Jay Patel does not answer calls. They do not clean. Do not lend your card. There are other hotels of better quality. These people do not clean and are scammers. Ha and they are not close to Hyannis, they are too far away.

Dirty, sticky rooms where the sealant edges in the shower/sink simply peel off. The carpet is also not fresh and WiFi is only available near the reception. No more BW for us. Food fair to mediocre. Hospitality reasonable.

We had an amazing experience here. Front desk help was so sweet and helpful even when they were having Internet issues and dealing with other frustrated customers, they stay professional and very kind! Never acted irritated out too busy to deal with the situation. Breakfast was kept clean, fresh and the staff were very attentive!! Our room was very clean and smelled so good walking in. I loved that the ice machine was clean ( we've had horrible experiences with ice machines) The pool area was very kept up, and we had to let staff know they were out of towels and within 5 min they were restocking!! That sauna was my best friend, it was amazing and so relaxing!!! Can't wait to come back!
Nearby activities: We went to P.Town for the day which was an hour away. Great drive, so much to do along the way with shops, malls and cute stands!!

I am so thankful to this hotels help in getting me a pet friendly room when I unexpectedly had to be with my mom when she was at the hospital. They were very accommodating in changing my dates depending on her discharge and were great getting us more pillows and towels. I really appreciate their hospitality
