The team immediately took the bike and went above and beyond, searching through their entire inventory to find a match. While they didn’t have the part in stock, they understood the urgency and tracked down a replacement hanger to arrive the very next day. To my surprise, I got a call the next morning before my first cup of coffee letting me know the bike was fixed and ready to go.
