Has to be the witchiest pharmacy… whatever she is in the world. This lady is so beyond rude, short and classless. I can’t imagine having to work with her. Her poor attitude brings the whole place down, you can feel it walking in the door.

We stopped in on 8/27 around 6pm. Hyannis itself is not what it used to be. This particular CVS seems to be on the rougher side. There are homeless living in tents along the building. The staff complains loudly in the aisles about not having help though I counted 5 employees not including the pharmacy staff. The self checkout is ridiculous and the bagging sensors dont work very well. They had a female employee(dark hair with green I believe) who was leaning on the counter by the registers, scrolling some app on her phone and to top it off was picking her nose. Not once did she off to take anyone, though I'm sure no one would want her touching their stuff after watching her digging in her nose. Definitely not worth shopping here unless no other option is available.

Called to check in prescription and was talked to by the pharmacist or pharmacist assistant like I just asked them for the world because I hit “0” and got put in by the line designated for physicians by their automated attendant
She was short, rude, insulting and sarcastic. When I pointed out her system placed me on that line she said it didn’t matter but it obviously did because she was completely beside herself and made her feeling clear to me telling me to not call the physicians line again.
Really great service. CVS should be really proud of that service

Staff was not friendly. Was told they accepted UPS packages waited for about 10minutes in line to be told they are the only CVS that doesn’t accept ups packages. I then asked to use a bathroom and they did not have a public bathroom. Avoid this CVS!

Very clean store and helpful staff!
I decided to stop in to see if they had any Cape Cod souvenirs and they delivered! They had so many at an affordable price. They also have beach chairs too which are much needed if you want to check out the nearby beaches. Got everything I needed.

Access to and from Parking resembles an amusement park maze. Needs a serious Rethink. The store itself is great!

one of your employees Orquidia is absolutely rude and unprofessional I've stopped by there several times and I've watched her switch moods and attitude every time I approach her she handles me differently from other customers even though I am always polite saying Good morning and please thank You. But despite her horrible attitude and evident issue with me I always remain respectful and kind despite that. I will stop coming here due to that behavior all the other employees have been exceptional thankfully

I just had the worst experience, I was at the self checkout area and I was trying to use my extra bucks and I was having an issue in a lady in line told The cashier that I was having an issue… The cashier was so rude to me treated me like I was a child when I was just trying to ask her how the correct way to scan the coupons because they weren't going through the coupons and told me to calm down and I wasn't even saying anything I just said I did exactly what the computer told me she goes. See see listen and I'm like what are you talking about? I understand language barrier, but you don't have to be rude to your customers when they're just trying to ask Question Ask for assistance… Before I even got to the checkout area she was already annoyed with me because I asked her to unlock printer ink that I needed. I never write reviews, but I felt so embarrassed and I can't believe CVS would hire somebody who doesn't know how to do any customer service.
