I just had the worst experience, I was at the self checkout area and I was trying to use my extra bucks and I was having an issue in a lady in line told The cashier that I was having an issue… The cashier was so rude to me treated me like I was a child when I was just trying to ask her how the correct way to scan the coupons because they weren't going through the coupons and told me to calm down and I wasn't even saying anything I just said I did exactly what the computer told me she goes. See see listen and I'm like what are you talking about? I understand language barrier, but you don't have to be rude to your customers when they're just trying to ask Question Ask for assistance… Before I even got to the checkout area she was already annoyed with me because I asked her to unlock printer ink that I needed. I never write reviews, but I felt so embarrassed and I can't believe CVS would hire somebody who doesn't know how to do any customer service.

CVS Pharmacy located at 411 Barnstable Rd, Hyannis, MA 02601 is an interesting CVS well stocked, but has no public restrooms which I find absurd……and unacceptable!! Have cameras outside the restrooms if you need, but how dare they be closed to the public!!! Apparently there are individuals who can’t handle nice things……..Manager was helpful.

Cashier name Orcidiha was the employee that assisted me. She is absolutely incompetent, rude, aggressive and unprofessional at her job. Her customer service is incredibly poor. She overcharged me so I asked her to rescan my items, she did and again made a mistake didn’t scan enough items. She didn’t know which item she missed, I asked her to cancel transaction again so she won’t charge me for the same item twice. She became very rude- told me that I am complaining too much. On top of that she could not understand me when I asked her about promotion ( there is a promotion popped on the screen to sign) and when I asked her about it, she said : “ just hit cancel “ she could not explain to me anything im English. After being rude she just turned around and left, saying that she has to take care of another customer. I told her that I am also a customer and would like to talk to the manager. Manager name Phil came - did not even apologize for such a rude employee- just rescanned my items for the 4 th time at this point and didn’t even said thank you. This CVS located close to my house and I’ve been a regular customer at this location for almost 5 years - this is a new employee stuff but very unprofessional. My neighbors have complained about the same cashier, claiming that she can’t even give change correctly- I didn’t believe it but now I experienced her unprofessionalism myself and would like to see this woman anywhere else but this store.

Worst service EVER!!!! Sat in drive-thru for over 20 minutes waiting, meanwhile they are helping folks inside that came long after me. Time to change pharmacy!!!!

Al was an extremely rude informative and rather unpleasant person to talk to on the phone I was just trying to see whether there was a product in-store I got hung up on multiple times and blamed for noise that was being made on his end of the phone I hope somebody who works here sees this
