STEPHANIE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. SHE ALLAYED OUR CONCERNS. WE THOUGHT THAT OUR TABLETS WERE TOO BIG FOR THE CASE. WE FELT THAT WE WERE IN GOOD HANDS WITH STEPHANIE. THE SITUATION WAS RESOLVED. STEPHANIE KNEW HER PRODUCT. METRO IS FORTUNATE TO HAVE AN EMPLOYEE WHO IS KNOWLEDGEABLE, KIND, AND COMPASSIONATE I HOPE SHE GETS A RAISE.

They need to update their hours. I showed up 5:30 and they were locked up and the associate says they're closed for the day. Google said 8 p.m. I live a bit of a drive away and came over just for Metro.

Caillie is the kindness person I have ever met because I have cricket the day I went to metro to ask for information about there plans she answered my questions thoroughly shes a fabulous employee she’s the person I want helping me even if she works a lot by herself in the afternoon she does a fabulous job.god bless her and dealing with a lot of customers alone.

Stephanie was fantastic. I was there a week ago to get a new phone very knowledgeable and helpful. My phone was then stolen two days ago. She not only helped me get a new phone but also locked my stolen phone so the thief couldn't use it. Stephanie is a gem.

Sit on hold for half hour just for them to hang up in your face. Customer service is all from other countries and their accents make it impossible to understand them. I'm switching providers. Wish they would hire English speaking Americans but they don't.

Absolutely the worst customer service anywhere I have ever gone. Be prepared to wait over a hour while they take there time... Never have enough help... I drove a hour off cape just to go to another metro and was seen right away. This place is horrible and unfortunately the only place on cape. Go elsewhere if you value your time.
