“I always get the best help from them when I have an issue even when it is because of my own mishaps of lack of understanding. They are always courteous, good at greeting you promptly even if they just have to let you know your estimated wait time.”

“This place is the pinnacle of selling and installing screen protectors and iPhone/ipad accessories. The staff is very nice quick and efficient and they earn every star in the 5 star rating. I highly recommend going here after getting a new phone. Don’t spend $50 dollars on a screen protector from big retail stores. This is cheaper and better quality.”

“Brin saved my day. He was patient, kind, and pro. Skip the place across the street - they laughed at me for even showing up there without an appointment after a hour + drive.”

“I went to AT&T in Hyannis, Cape Cod Mall to see how I could lower my monthly bill, cancel a line , and transfer an existing line to my grandson. I was greeted and listened to with empathy. The assistants did everything to ensure all the options available were extended to me. In so doing, I was able to lower my monthly payments...And guess what???? I got an apple watch free!!! When I say God is INTENTIONAL and GOOD!! I MEAN THAT!!! The representatives were patient and knowledgeable, and they pulled out all the stops to ensure I was well taken care of, and my needs were met!! Thank you, thank you. Thank you!!! AT&T on Cape Cod Mall, Hyannis, YOU ROCK!!!”

“Marcos and his staff couldn't be more professional, friendly & personable (tell me where you find THAT anymore!!). I had to switch carriers due to false advertising about my " excellent coverage" at my home address after a tower shutdown..."Doesn't effect your service & your phone's fine". Marcos and his staff took care of me & within 10 minutes we were ready to activate. His/their patience due to a ridiculous faux paus on the other carrier's end caused him to take 45 mins he shouldn't have had to, to rectify it. Remained cool, calm, patient & friendly all thru it. VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIM, HIS BUSINESS, THE WAY I OBSERVED HIM TRAINING & TREATING HIS EMPLOYEES...IT STARTS AT THE TOP...THE TRICKLE DOWN IS EXTREMELY POSITIVE & HELPFUL TOO!! THIS CRICKET OFFICE OF MARCOS' IS JUST THE WAY A PERSON SHOULD BE TREATED. LOVE THEM...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ??”
