My sister is almost 70 and shared with me the great experience she had at your location.She drove over 1 hour away to get to that location because of the help they gave her over the phone and willing to set the online special phone aside for her.The other locations didn’t honor the online price special in there store but your location did.Sofia saved the online special priced phone for her over the phone in that store, Gabriel setup and transferred everything from her old Iphone when she arrived the next day. “Marcos and his staff couldn't be more professional, friendly & personable (tell me where you find THAT anymore!!). I had to switch carriers due to false advertising about my " excellent coverage" at my home address after a tower shutdown..."Doesn't effect your service & your phone's fine". Marcos and his staff took care of me & within 10 minutes we were ready to activate. His/their patience due to a ridiculous faux paus on the other carrier's end caused him to take 45 mins he shouldn't have had to, to rectify it. Remained cool, calm, patient & friendly all thru it. VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIM, HIS BUSINESS, THE WAY I OBSERVED HIM TRAINING & TREATING HIS EMPLOYEES...IT STARTS AT THE TOP...THE TRICKLE DOWN IS EXTREMELY POSITIVE & HELPFUL TOO!! THIS CRICKET OFFICE OF MARCOS' IS JUST THE WAY A PERSON SHOULD BE TREATED. LOVE THEM...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ??”
