PacSun offers great quality clothes and great deals like buy one get two free. The store is always organized and well kept. The staff is kind, helpful, super friendly, and attentive. However, the store can be understaffed, needing an extra associate for a second set of eyes, as theft can occur. The manager is simply the best, sweet, and accommodating. Customers highly recommend checking it out.

the worst customer service, the employees are rude and when you try to ask for help they seem so annoyed to even talk to you. they always have the fittings rooms locked, and it’s always a mess, makes sense cause they’re always on their phones

Worst customer service I’ve ever received, walked in and was looking at the brandy Melville clothing and was rudely told by one of the workers that the area was closed off for pictures when there was nothing indicating that the area was closed off.
