worst pacsun and store EVER!! tried buying stuff without a tag that we found in the store and the lady kept talking back and being a baby! fitting rooms were always closed and it’s like we were under inspection when we were tryna shop. Hire better workers please!!

TERRIBLE. Staff is so rude, store is a COMPLETE mess. Staff must be unstable because they were rude to my whole family and then had a meltdown about it. Place is so disorganized and feels like it’s ran by a 3 year old. HIRE NEW STAFF.

this pacsun is so bizarre lmao the employees guard the clothes like ancient relics. if you dare to touch a t shirt you might trigger a silent alarm or be banished to the food court. oh, and don’t ever be foolish enough to believe you’re allowed to try any of their clothes on! the fitting rooms have been closed for 2 years and the employees lock the doors and hide in the back. I would have minded my business but I drove 40 min here to return something after calling to make sure they were open, to find the door locked and the employees hanging out in the back (they never opened it back up btw) so I had to come back another day to return the clothes that I wouldn’t have bought in the first place, had I been allowed into the fitting room

TERRIBLE. Feels like anytime I visit this store, they have the brandy melville section closed off. this has happened 5 TIMES! They are SO RUDE when you ask about it, and act like you’re inconveniencing them!!! the staff in this location are incredibly rude and condescending. Some of the worst customer service i’ve had and don’t think the manager seems to care. Never a hello, and always dirty looks.

Me and my friends wanted to try jeans on but they told us that the dressing rooms were not open, so we decided to buy them and try them on in a bathroom in the mall. Before buying, I asked the girl at the register if the jeans were returnable and she said that I could return them within 30 days. We tried them on and went to return them when the same girl said that they couldn’t do returns the same day. When we mentioned how she hadn’t told us that when we were purchasing the jeans she just gave us a dirty look. Her and the other guy working also made a rude remark about how we were trying to return jeans we hadn’t tried on. Now I will have to drive half an hour on a different day just to return the jeans. Very rude staff

Awful experience. The staff is rude and condescending. I couldn’t get in to the fitting room for the reason i was there 45 min before closing and they close fitting rooms and hour before. I came back the next day 2 hours before closing and was told “the floor is the priority”, they are short staffed and no one can watch and open fitting rooms. I asked to speak to the manager, they finally called him and he didn’t care either. I’m contacting their headquarters. Many stores are closing due to online competition, and these guys definitely don’t care if they keep their jobs. Now mind you, the 2 associates were just standing and talking and no people in the store. I’ll never go back

This is the worst store ever. We traveled off Martha’s Vineyard to come try on jeans for my daughter’s birthday. A guy was working and told her dressing room was closed! Really rude. I was not with her, I was in another store. She bought some jeans went to the public bathroom tried them on and came back to return 1 pair. He said no returns on items bought the same day. She asked if she could get credit and he said yes. She said he was sassy and making rude comments during the entire transaction.

The worst customer service I’ve see in United States, we just ask to open the fit room the lady always so rude for no reason the guy was nice but the girl in the cashier was insane rude… someone should do something

I love this store, the clothes are great quality and the staff is so kind and helpful. It’s always organized and well kept whenever I go in there, even with post-holiday madness. Their manager, Jake, is simply the best. He is so sweet and accommodating, highly recommend checking it out if you haven’t already!

This place is fine clothing wise but the workers there seem to not have a filter. I went in there a few weeks ago and there was a guy working who was just swearing as if no one else was in the store. I have no issue with swearing but when you’re trying to shop and just hear an employee swearing that much it almost made me uncomfortable and just wasn’t professional at all. I also went in there today and asked to try something on just to hear them say that they don’t have the fitting rooms open? In a clothing store? I took a look at the rooms and they looked completely fine and as they usually do. Fyi nobody is going to buy a pair of jeans, pants, Or a shirt without knowing if it will fit them. So there’s one way to loose business. Overall I think they could do better.

Great deals! Buy 1 get 2 free!! The gentleman there by himself doing the best he could, super friendly and attentive. One gripe, definitely need an extra associate there for a second set of eyes! Three girls no older than 15/16 stealing shirts left & right while the gentleman went to the restroom, for all of 2 minutes. Sooo if your daughters came home with brown or white crop tops, they stole it! Do better parents, they clearly don’t fit the bill for delinquents but definitely entitled…

Not sure why the staff thinks it’s okay to close the shop more than 2 hours before the rest of the mall closes…. on a SATURDAY… unacceptable behavior and attitude from all staff. Someone needs to either fire them or give them a wake up call.
