It’s just such a bad shopping experience. The employees are rude. I’d much rather shop at Ulta just because the experience of having dealing with the rude ‘mean girl’ employees is so… not worth it.

I visited and the ladies were pretty nice. However I was looking for Dedcool fragrances and the woman made a strange face and acted totally clueless. Just went online to find it and it turns out they carry the brand in their store. Super annoying I have to order blind now and couldn’t try in store!!!
