Buying makeup can be overwhelming with all the brands and all their individual options. I want to give a huge thank you to Judith for helping me figure out my shade matches and taking the time to walk around the store and try what worked best for me. It was really appreciated!!

I’ve been in here several times and the staff are always so passive and rude so I just try to get in and out as fast as I can since I love Sephora but hate this location. I think you need to address some training issues here and it might be a better place to shop.

The staff is snobby and rude. They ignore me when I walk in. It's just not a pleasant environment to shop in. Especially the management is rude.

They will post prices wrong to get you to the cash register, then tell you they made a mistake while posting it, act clueless and won’t honor the price tag THEY posted. And it’s happened wayy too many times. Feels scammy. I’ll never go back.

I AM NOT HELPLESS! Though Sephora staff always seems to have that impression of me whenever I walk into one of their stores & this location was no exception. I don't need to be asked 5 times if I need any help. Just stock the products I want & label your aisles & shelves accordingly. Truth be told, I haven't bought much here since they got rid of that Philosphy body wash, but I still check from time to time to see if they have anything of interest to the exfoliating male.

My female friend seems to love the store. She always finds something to buy, so I guess it's a great place ??. They seem to do a lot of business the times I've been at the store or have walked by. Not cheap makeup!

Most of the staff was helpful and somewhat friendly, but the cashier I encountered had an attitude and seemed annoyed at having to be there.I had to go in a couple times to exchange a foundationAnd I overheard some of the staff talking about me. I could not help having to exchange due to the fact that you can't test ANYTHING in the store. I felt embarrassed and unwelcomed. I'll be shopping Sephora online from now on.

I don't go in there but my girlfriend loves the place that's where you go to get good makeup to some of you the prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for right?

Amerikka (sorry if I spelled wrong) was such a pleasure to meet and talk with at Sephora. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products. She really listened to my needs and was able to point me in the right direction to the items I was looking for. She deserves recognition for her all her help, kindness and expertise. Taking the time to explain the answers to the questions I had was greatly appreciated!!

I stopped in for a BB cream and left with a few great new products all thanks to Edwards help. definitely ask for Edward, he is highly knowledgeable about all the products and can help you pick what works best for you!
