“Took Freya in for her usual shots and things today. I’ve loved this clinic for a while now, and I love them even more after today. While Freya was getting her blood work done out back, (heart worm - stay on top of this people! It’s not just an up sell!) I hear the DVM praise his tech. The technician did an exceptional job pulling her blood and he told her so. Vet Practices can give all the lip service they want and put on fake smiles to their clients but how they treat their animals and how they treat their own staff… especially when they think nobody is listening, that’s what stands out.
