“Both my cat Brady and I loved our visit to VACC! This facility is lovely and very, clean. There was none of the usual vet visit smell, either in the lobby and waiting area or in the exam room. And I have a very sensitive sense of smell. And they have a separate waiting area for cats with a lovely aquarium. And my Brady was so at ease with the catwalks and shelves in the exam room for him to explore. Completely distracted him. He’s a new rescue and everything makes him a little nervous. But he was very relaxed and the tech and Dr Flanagan were amazing with him! Everyone was friendly and helpful. We both highly recommend Veterinary Associates of Cape Cod.”

“We were visiting on the Cape for a week and needed to be seen on short notice. VCA Hyannis fit us in next day, and we had a wonderful experience. Everyone from the front desk receptionists to the nurses and technicians and veterinarians went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for.Our exam with Dr. Zelman was very thorough, follow-up was great, and you could feel every person in the practice trying to deliver the best possible care for patients and owners. We also got to meet a very sweet puppy lab (what's up Benny!)There's also just great vibes here, and everyone clearly loves their jobs. Especially when we walked in as a new patient after the July 4th Holiday. The intake was fast, and as soon as the front desk realized we were there for a potentially urgent issue, they moved very quickly to get us seen. It really made a difference for us. “Unfortunately, we had to have our precious, sweet girl euthanized yesterday. We were respectfully treated from the moment we got there until we left. The people who worked at the front desk spoke to us softly and knew kindly. Aiden the vet tech treated us with much compassion. Dr. Zafir was second to none. She worked selflessly to try everything she could think of to save our dog. She even called us during the holiday weekend and prescribed meds to keep her comfortable. During the euthanasia process she explained everything that was about to happen! Her diligence, intelligence and humanity were unparalleled!”
